putting a Gen 1 back on road need a terminal removal tool

Hi I have not been active for a while on the board however now I'm trying to put my 01 back on the road and mice have gotten in to eat some insulation at the ECM connector and I want to take the effected wire out and put shrink tube over the effected area does anyone know where i can get the proper tool to get the wire out.
it's the 26 pin connector

You just push the small white rectangular piece in the side with a small screw driver or pick or similar and slide it, then pull the wire / socket out of the housing.
