Gen 2 Busa wont start

I have a 2019 Hayabusa that has been in storage for the 6 months. While in storage, I replaced the headlights with LED head lights, added 1 in risers for the clipons and installed a Lithium battery. WHen I installed the battery, it sounds like the fuel pump constantly runs , no dash lighs and no headlights turn on. The bike is otherwise bone stock. Does anyone have any instuctions on how to get it started?

Fuel pump should only run a few seconds to build pressure then shut off until you engage the starter and start using fuel. Was your LED replacement plug and play?

THe LED were plug n play.. Im totally confused...
