i paid nearly $600 for the race set a year ago and will say they are worth every nickle. i picked up 2-3 mph.

check with A&J performance before you buy. the other one's are a bit pricey. but joe has a line on a another manufacture thats just as good but less costly.

How well do ceramic bearings hold up to everyday beatings that expansion joints on freeways and potholes in parking lots dish out? They sound like a neat little undetectible trick, but will they hold up in the real world?
