I have a question Hugh... I hope it's not too personal:  Are her breast OEM or aftermarket?  The reason I ask is my wife wants aftermarket units for Christmas and your girlfriend's are very nice... Results like that would make it easier to justify the expense.

They're aftermarket. She had the surgery done in Arizona. If you'd like I could post a link with uncovered pics. I know Dennis has a rule against nudity on this site. Unless of course Dennis gives his ok.

My girlfriend wants after market ones too, and I'll gratefully receive any uncovered sample pictures, and male advice of after market feel. The cost is putting off, as it's a quarter of my second hayabusa due next year.

funky moped just think about this...do you have a bean bag chair, it should be old and used right, well grab it and feel how soft it is then sit in it and u sink in it right...ok know fill it with new beans and make sure it is full.  Now repeat above and you have the difference between real and aftermarket.  Aftermarket looks really good but doesn't have the feel for real.  just my .02

Natural is best IMHO. Scars, encapsulation, leakage and a completely unnatural feel/appearance are the results of most surgery. Women are likely to have multiple breast surgeries once they are started, too. Get ready for more Turbo sized bills.  Plus surgery also begets more surgery. It is an all too common slippery slope women slide down when they receive an inordinate amount of validation for how they appear (instead of who they are). Every single time you feel or look at fake breasts, that is immediately what you will think ... FAKE BREASTS. I pity women that they feel compelled to modify themselves in such a useless fashion. That is my FOUR cents on the issue.
