get them done sooner,she aint gonna want to go on vacation that soon after,takes about 2 months or more for them to drop all the way after sugery,and the first 2 months she will look stupid as hell and not want to show off anything,all my friends i think i only have 1 that has real breast,every girl i know has breast implants

LOL, a Busa..........thats too funny!

She has a Ninja 250 which is absolutely perfect for her to ride on. It's fast enough to go 80 MPH on the highway yet small enough to inspire confidence before the move up to a bigger bike.

She has her sights set on the new R6. God help me!

Isn't it great when your girl gets her own bike!!! Mine still likes to ride with me once in a while but the "2 up" rides are fewer and farther between... Mine wants CBR600F4!!  (I'll post better pics after the surgery!)

My sweetie and her "new" ride...
   

I sleep with a "Power Ranger"!!! (I'd never go back but man those old ZX-11s were a good lookin' bikes!)

Hugh, I would like to see what levels of scarring occurred around the incisions. I'd also like to know time frames... how long were the pictures taken after the surgery.

Your right: Some are more obvious than others... My wife has had 5 children and although a very shapely and petite girl, has lost the perkiness up top... If some implants instill confidence and some self esteem, I'm fine with it.  They aren't for me, they're for her...
