Your money is right here waiting, waiting for a sober phonecall and an apoligy. you needled me down hundreds of dollars. then when it took a few more days to ship than I estimated you call to tell my assistant you didn't want it....so I sell it....then you call me back threating to sue me.
(714)799-9900 I'm right here by the phone.

I ain't gonna argue about the simple fact you have my money. I paid you with paypal so i should get a refund through paypal. as far as needling you that's horseshit. A deal is a deal...I didn't make you do the deal. You promised the following monday it would be shipped. I told you I had a bike it was going on and you assured me "No sweat" Another week went by and I called to find out if it was shipped. One of your henchmen answered and when I asked about the status of the plastic he said(And I Quote) Busa plastic?? It hasn't gotton here yet". I thought what a bone head......When i agreed on the deal you said it was between gray and black. I don't think you had either. As far as sueing....I think theft of 1350 bucks is a valid issue. Your business practices suck. When I say I have something for sale I have it in my possesion. I don't "float" my deals. Send my money back to paypal.

www.customworksplating.com....

not only is the quality exceptional, i hear their prices are very reasonable....

Boy does this ever end. I thought it was just me but I see it's not! It's always the customers fault. The customer didn't do this or didn't do that. Doesn't matter that you have the customers money or parts does it? Seems a little strange the same shop keeps having all these problems. But I know it's not the shop, it's the customers fault.

tired of bashing John. He still hasn't fixed my friend's parts. If you paid with paypal, file a complaint, they'll recoup the cash. Glad he doesn't need my business because he won't ever get it.

Negative.
Generally speaking, Paypal won't do jack shit for you.  Don't ask me how I know......

You only have like a 21 day window of opportunity to file a complaint, and even if you do all the paperwork, they usually still won't do a damn thing.

True about paypal     They now offer a new customer satisfaction policy for a fee you can get some type of insurance from paypal that if the item you receive is not what you paid for paypal will refund you your money. Don't know how it works but before paypal would not do very much for the buyer in the past.
