So it is Sat. night and you have a question about your DFI.       Who ya gonna call? Why NLR. Got lucky and reached Seb. Did he say, it's Sat night, click. No he spent 1/2 hour and got us up and running. Thanks Seb. best kits, best service.   LSL

No doubt he is always a quick call back if he is on the phone and super helpful.  Never once has he ever responded to any of my dumber questions with anything but respect and solid information.

About the cats..  Maybe he just likes to be surrounded by pussy?
