I ordered a BDE Gen III finally for my Busa from Veltune R&D who sent the system out on a timely fashion as well. I had some difficulty with the fit. After awhile I was getting frustated and really let Brock have it on his own board. As of now I'm sorry for being angry.
Well, the next day I'm going to work and he actually took the time to get my phone # from the dealer I bought the system from and called me up. He was extremely concerned about what was going on and was eager to bend over and get me any replacement part that I needed and send it next day.
This really blew me away and I really appreciate the honest effort in making things right. I've got the system on now and everything seems to be working fine. Thanks Brock! #1
