It's Sunday, the boxer cup had just finished and all hell broke loose! The rain that came down 'that' day took the cake. A great way to finish off bikeweek and another cancelled race. (200).
I jump on the bike, crack it open down speedway blvd and who do I see? REDBUSA! Yes, the red jacket kewl helmet and pearly white socks and tennis shoes.
He's bent over the bars facing forward and pushing through the rain and wind, now blowing harder than ever! Only a few were trying to brave that storm.
I slowed to say hi...then it dawned on me. I'm on the BMW in my nifty rain suit with the heated grips and seat keeping the body nice. With the tinted mask, aint no way he's gonna know me.
All I could do was smile, keep going and note that the boy has NO SENSE!
