Did you already plan on riding down to Myrtle? It's only 2 hrs for you. add another 3 and that's my trip. I'm thinking about it, that's a 1000 mile round trip in 24hrs.

What time did you plan on leaving?

 Talked to the wife, still up in the air. I would need to leave Greenbelt, Md. around 5am to hit Richmond around 8 or 9am depending on traffic.

Let you know by Wednesday.

It's about 5hrs from Richmond to Myrtle (approx. 315 miles). I'll Pm you the meeting place and time! We'll keep an eye on the weather, cause we might do a backup plan to Va. Beach if it looks like mother nature gonna get nasty!

Don't know how many people going.  I always have people say they going but i usually end up going solo!  Plan on coming back around 6pm Friday.

Looking for babysitter, and thinking hard on that milage. never rode that far.
I been there too. people say gonna ride, never show and sometimes no call.

Hey, the riding season jus begun, we got all summer to burn some rubber and get a good ride in.  U can always catch the Ocean City Ride i'm doing June 6-7

I already know i can't make June 6, have prior plans. I will ride down to Richmond one Saturday or something. got a little more maintenance to do.

The plan is to do more riding than last year. see ya on the road.

My brother & I have a trip planned to the Outer Banks, Nags Head but we have not come up wit a date yet, so let me know a weekend that's good for u and we'll see if we can do it!  That ride is one we are taking lady friends!  8)

I don't think the "Touring Ride" is gonna work out for me. Married wit kids, wife will not ride no more(long story). don't want to give you anymore excuses.

Outside of two to three hour ride(away from home), I'm as reliable as a pipe head in rehab!
I could pull off a day trip.

How was the ride to Myrtle Beach?

Ride was cool! Since it was only me, i went straight up Rt. 301 to 50 and took it all the way in.  The car show was great too.  Mike Jones did a couple of his songs but i thought it was a car/truck show.  There were lots of bikes in the show also and man were they clean.  That night I went to a club called Seacrets, which has a Jamaican theme.  It had 4 dance floors with different music and 2 live bands, it was off the chain.  Sunday, came home via Rt. 13/I-64 into Hampton, Va. where i picked up bout 10 bikes going my way for a bike gathering in Petersburg, VA.  I think my next ride will be to Nags Head, NC., Deals Gap or Ohio with a female bike club from Charlotte, NC.  As usual, if anyone's interested hit a rider up!!!

basement got some water in it after all the rain we have had. will be dealing with that for a week of two hopefully no longer. It's gonna cost. i get back on the road when i get control of the situation.

I will be making the trip to ATL for the Round Up. Bike Club is suppose to making the trip as a group. Will there be any racing going on that week?

There will be racing all around ATL just have to see which track will be more feasable to go too. I haven't confirmed it but I hear they will be running down the pit lane at the atlanta motor speedway where the round up is being held. This isn't a bad thing as they race there almost every friday night anyway. It's an 1/8th mile.

Yea that's my 10 year old! He likes coming with me as long as we don't stay too long. lol I look forward to yall comin down. Talk to you later.

Hi guys, how's it going?  Jeez, it's been a long time since I've been on here. Glad to see you guys are keeping the thread alive.  Just a lot of stuff other than Busa stuff going on.  Haven't even been for a ride yet this summer.  That really sucks.
