add nutec make over 190
bump comp up bigger cams  add head work
over 200 on nutec no problem

I think the California dynos are calibrated different. We go by corrected numbers also. We can get those numbers but it is not a piece of cake. Maybe you guys just have better air.

A looooooooooooong time ago we had this question here and I found a dynosheet from 2000 that showed 214rwhp on a stock bore, stock stroke Busa ( Thomas Johansson, Atomic Racing Sweden ).
Nowadays it should be possible for even more hp. Maybye as much as 230rwhp... but U have to use EVERY trick in the book and a turbo would be much cheaper to build.
I dont know what I am talking about but I do know that I am right :)

What kind of price range are you looking at to get throttle bodies bored and headwork?
It is what it is.....

Other compression, lightening, balancing, blue printing and matching each cylinder, increasing fuel delivery, machining case windows, what secrets remain outside of the transmission?

Using the right valvesprings ( not to stiff ones ) to your cam.
Using the RIGHT cam ( I am under the feeling that the Hayabusa head flow so much air U really dont need any bigger cam than .380 lift.... unless you REALLY are going for it )
Porting of water and oil passages ( maybye 0,1 hp... but it is still 0,1 hp )
Right fuel.. I spend many hours on the dyno with a "special" fuel only to get more hp out of regular 98 octane ( by "regular" I mean fuel that are sold at EVERY gasstation over here )
Gas porting the WHOLE block.. not just between cylinder 1-2 and 3-4
Right injectors ( Multi hole injectors... )
And when I am over chrismas I write more...
I dont know what I am talking about but I do know that I am right :)

I agree with you about the cams and you make a good point with respect to injectors.

Bumping up comp. and bigger cams what does that cost to have over 200hp and 1 or 2 batteries
