Cam chain broken links

I pulled cams out of a motor with 3996 miles and it had 2 broken links on the cam chain . It had the oem tensiner on it till 400 miles ago then i put the new tensiner in it with degreed stock 2 intake cams. Is there any thing i should look for.

What NEW tensioner?  OEM?  Manual?

be sure guides are not messed up and check sprockets

i have a busa that broke 2 stoke camchains so i replaced it with the ape roller chain & solved the problem. its worth the money ernest
fast busa
