After I changed fuel setup it ran into limiter much harder with 17/39 gearing so it must have been starvin up top...my bad.

Dave

My air/fuel was out of control past 9600rpm & sloped up to 14:1 at limiter w/68# in pwrcmndr was tuning for 12:8
Lee said go run it Itll be good...        lost 25psi cranking compression in #4..    Although he seems to be a straight up guy..My thought afterwards if it;s outa fuel control stationary from 3k-10.8k rpm on the dyno w/ecu looking for 120%duty cycle out of injectors for maybe 4-5 seconds...When Im rollin on it at 6500 in second thru third ,fourth, fifth & sixth for say  twenty-thirty seconds & ecu trying to enrichen circuit further to compensate for ram air the injectors are tweekin their ass off & will F.up the program if not sufficient...Im going w/370cc rc's may try to slow them down on the -10%tps low t.position  side w/yosh adjuster box....

MAN REMEMBER WITH SPRAYT IT NEEDS TO BE FAT OR SHIT STARTS MELTING
YA THE  99/00 REALLY BAD BECAUSE THE PC2 CANNOT COMPENSATE WEATHER CHANGES CAUSE YA USED ALL THE TRIMMING /COMPENSATING ENVELOPE UP
PC3USB  WITH ITS DIRECT INJECTOR CONTROL  SHOULD SUPPORT 240 DRYSHOT
PC2 WILL FOR SHORT BURSTS WOULD NOT TRUST IT TOO MUCH(ESPECIALLY WITH DIFFERENT SPECIFIC GRAVITY FUELS)

Dave

They should, in theory, typically peak around peak torque and decline with VE with all other varibales held constant.

Dennis,

Thanx...

Dark,

Makes sense, forgot about that. It only becomes a duty cycle factor when the window decreases.

We will be able to map these on the fly soon.  There is just no way to accurately map these bikes on the Dyno 100%.  This new system allows each cylinder to be tuned separately.  Injection and timing.  This will help a great deal with those of us that have really twisted cranks.  Mine is 12 degrees from end to end

What would be the best injector and pump/regulator set up for a relatively stock busa with some mild headwork?

Fasbus,

Sorry to hear yours did the same. Supports my belief of the stock fuel system's limits.

Mine is going back together soon and back to the dyno with different fuel setup. Check back with me when your fixed and I will fill you in on the results.
