i ride a 02 busa pc3r air box mod yosh pipe       i would like to now what do i gain by disconeting the air sensor and why do i want to and how do i   toon it

I guess you mean the Lambda probe the sensor that was in your stock pipe?.
If so the reason you will need to disconect it is that it can no longer control the mixture via closed loop as it is no longer in the pipe so is best removed.
