Muzzy For Busa ??
« on: April 18, 2004, 09:43:11 PM »
I purchased My Busa new about a month ago & had the full Muzzy Exhaust, PC3R, & K&N Filter installed before I drove it off the show room floor. I'm starting to wonder after reading these forums if the Muzzy Exhaust is a mistake for the Busa. And What by popular demand would you guys reccomend The best exhaust to be for the Busa?

I really liked the muzzy exhaust exhaust. I switched to an Akrapovich EVO only because I needed something a little quiter. On long high rev runs it was just a little to much for me.

Can't go wrong between the BDE Hindle, Akro, or Ti-Force.  All excellent systems that really deliver.

Absolute, Which one of those pipes you mentioned has the best fit & finish? What would be the cost of that pipe to my front door?

Thanks for the feed back guys! 8)

as far as price range, they're all within a few hundred dollars of one another. I've seen the TI's Akro's, & Muzz for those three the fit & finish is good. I can't comment on the BDE's

If your next quesyion is HP adnvantage... again, they all run closs to one another.

In my opinion just go with whichever pipe you like best.

It looks like I'm going to give the Akros a try. I'll be sure and post what the differences are between those and my current Muzzys. Thanks for the replies.

you will not be dissapointed.  the Akro full system is top quality and sounds smooth and quiet at cruising speeds and really screams when you go WOT. probably going to pay 1100-1300 for it new tho...you get what you pay for.
I find myself alone more and more the older i get....but i seem to like the company a whole lot better!!

From the few Ti-Forces that have been fitted in the UK, they seem to out-perform Akras and Yoshi RS3s in terms of outright horsepower.

Two Busa's with Ti-Force systems were running near 180bhp (on a non-happy dyno) Normally just with a pipe and PC2/3 Busa's struggle to hit mid 170s.
