has anyone done it and do you all like it ... what all do I need to get as far as trees bearings etc... any pics are info will be helpful

From what I've seen and from people I've talked to that have done it they have told me I all need is the top and bottom tripple tree's.  So you can use the busa bearings that are in the neck.
