hi all
been wanting to have some cams mod either stock or aftermarket...
but after sometime... i decide not to as of now.
from what i read, unless u always high rev the bike ie drag race etc. u dun need the extra lift.
a stock busa is still able to go up to the speed u wanted, is juz how fast. and how much you to pay out of it.

anyway an intake cam mod is a cheap upgrade as compared to web etc. but is also the degreeing of it that determine where u want the power to come.
the possibility of adding at least 20-30 hp (in conjunction with head work and a good 4-1) is just too much temptation to resist, imo. i'm on my way, with a tsukigi and bazzaz. cams and head work early 09

I have a Brocks EX031 exhaust cam forsale if your intersted. If I remember correctly I picked up 6hp on the Dyno with a stock motor with a sidewinder. Normal mods airbox mod/no filter/pc3/pumpgas also ran this in a 1397 with a web395 on the intake side. Bill from Port-Tech built the motor. Made good power but was set up for the Gas. $225 TYD for the cam. No sprocket or bearing. :thumb:
