About 32-33psi, kinda hard to tell for sure. I was debating about giving it more, but the tire smoked so bad on the last run I was worried something in the engine let go, but all is fine ( other then the tire)
  I am done with it for now, next competition I am in I may turn it up some, but I am more then happy with it right now, and the intake temp. on compressor side was 220 degrees and on the TB side it was only 120. Intercooler is working great, also it is real muggy here today, a little nicer day and the HP should climb a little.

2wicked, very nice work.  I am very pleased with your numbers.  My ultra/homebrewed system ran shortly until I lost the o so essential head.  Waiting to install 1/2" bolts and I will post my numbers.   See how close the systems are.

Slow to no progress right now....I've got alot of stuff on my plate.  Btw, I sold my old school ultra plenum and I've got a new plenum in the works.  Hopefully I finish it up in two weeks or so.

It uses a shortened GSXR radiator seen in the pic below. It's mounted in front of the radiator.
