No such thing as drop in cams, you will have to degree them no matter which ones you go with. go with Magacycle, yosh.
Webs i hear are re-grinds.

"Drop-in's" means you don't have to change valve springs or worry about guide clearances. Timing and valve clearances "should be " checked with any cam installed.

Found some interesting info:
http://www.factorypro.com/Prod_Pages/prods89.html

Makes for good reading.

Megacycle Drop-in Cam Set -
We have developed a set of cams that will drop in and perform without changing valve springs! Simple, inexpensive, HIGH HP mod!
Producing between 7 and 8 peak True HP over stock cams, with no other changes (even before remapping the stock ECU!). THIS camset in a stock engined bike, when compared to a bike with a ported head and different brand of cams, produced up to 14 to 16 True HP more at 7,000 rpm - with NO LOSS of low-end when FI is properly mapped.
These cams are builtup and reground - allowing more cam lobe profile design flexibility as compared to simple "reground" cams. Unlike simple "reground" cams, adjusting the valves is a minor procedure, requiring minor shim thickness changes.
Awesome!

Why go through the trouble of buying bigger cams without getting the adj sprockets?  They are only around 130.00 and allow the degreeing for the best performance.

Webs are NOT regrinds. You can't do a "regrind" on a bucket type motor as you loose the base circle and can not shim it.

When you buy your Web cams from us along with a set of our adjustable sprockets, we install the sprockets at no charge.

I was not suggesting that you did not need to degree the cam.
THe info I posted was from Megacycle about what they say is their new "drop in regrind"

Personally, I would not want a regrind cam anyway. I figure if you already pull the cam chain might as well unbolt the head and change the springs......maybe a port job too.....wheres my wallet......hummmmm

Some people have used Webs for 2-3 years without issues.  Some less with issues.  If they are good and you change oil and check them every 6 months you should be fine...

rex1300- with your set-up i would stick to yosh drop-ins. I gained around 8-9hp with the yoshes. They are proven to be dependable where the webs have NOT! Yosh or megas are fine for riding a lot.

Ok..maybe I will look in to Yosh, I was thinking WEBS. But I don't want any Problems. Right now my bike is bone STOCK..So I am thinking CAMS, full exhaust (HMF), power commander, and airbox mod.

Mine should be close to that.  I had 170 before I did the intake/exhaust swap and degreeing.  No airbox mod though...
