Not sure of an instructive post but here's what I do, I first load my pics to my computer and downsize them to 800x600 and then transfer them to Photobicket (PB) and after seeing them there I move the cursor over the pic and click on the IMG icon, save it and transfer it here like this,

First post in the website section tells you how to attach pics so you don't need photobucket to host your pics forever.

It works :!:  I use PB because I post on other sites with different instructions, some, not at all user friendly.
