Oh and here is a gps reading from Elvington on 10th October 2004 where a stock motor 12 eclipsed your built to fuck busas best by 4mph. He did two such runs. And he is a big heavy man, no flying gimp the Busas need.

And he came second to another stock motor 12R who was 2mph faster than him!

Read it and weep and understand that this was done in practically a standing mile.

So I invent results do I and can manufacture gps readings with dates/times/etc all tying in with the official results????
:finger:

FK

now tape that GPS to your bike, point a camera at it and the road and you may have something, for all we know you strapped that GPS to a hayabusa, then said it was your work?  :duh:

Define "stock motor" here hamster bangin' humanzee.  Ya probably just mean "stock displacement".  NO fuckin' way that's a bone stock 12.

Just for shits and giggles, I'd like to point out my STOCK MOTOR ZX-12R did 199mph on GPS....stock ride height, clogged K&N's (now have BMC race), leaky airbox, and clutch slippage.

This was with a gimp rider....

my 230lb ass did it right after and still hit 195mph on GPS with all of the above.

Again, the motor is 100% untouched, just a pipe and remap!

I'm doing another run sometime next week...only the bike will be lowered, strapped, BMC race filters, sealed box, and Barnett race clutch springs x6. 200+mph on a stock motor...no nitrous.....

What do ya think? I'm guessing 201mph with the gimp and no headwind. I'm hoping 198mph with my big ass in the same conditions.

Gonna get the BEAR velocity short stacks next month...proven to be worth 3-5mph at maxton by oldkawboy! Can't wait to see what the 12R will do then. My goal is 200mph with my butt riding...and 203mph with the gimp. I'll let you all know my results soon.

By the way, is this you? I guess it doesn't matter since you never used those in the first place at all.  :lol2: http://uk.news.yahoo.com/050208/80/fbzpn.html

:lol2: ... when I read the article, this is what it said:

"LONDON (Reuters) - A UK Kawasaki ZX-12R fan cut off his own testicles to honor a promise made if a Busa beat a ZX-12R, the Daily Mirror has reported.

James Speirs (aka "Fearsome"), was so convinced that a Kawasaki ZX-12R would win the Hayabusa vs. ZX-12R match that he told fellow drinkers and bike owners at a social club, "If the Busa wins I'll cut my balls off", the paper said on Tuesday.

Maybe if he EVER gets that turbo '12 running halfway decent he'll bring it over here and we can talk him into cutting his HEAD off if (make that when) he loses to a typical turbo Busa.  :P

SUTPHEN77- No, gearing was not stock. 44 tooth rear was used to keep the bike near peak power to combat the 190+mph wind resistance. Even so..the bike pulled well into the red. =)

FK- Well, you say without a gimp 200mph is not possible...well, I've seen 195mph on my GPS with me on it....with an unfit 12R. After all the listed improvments, I should have gained at least 2mph...that should put me at 197mph or so with a nice tailwind. Add to that the BEAR ENGINEERING Short Velocity Stacks that have been PROVEN to gain 3-6mph up top...and you're looking at 200mph. No?

Madkaw and Oldkawboy both proved the real world performance gains at Maxton when they swapped the stock stacks out for these short stacks and went 196-197mph up to 201+mph...with NO MAP CHANGES! Impressive eh?

I believe with a gimp and a good tailwind...this set up (with the stacks) will do 203-204mph..but I'll be concervative and say 202mph...on an UNOPENED motor....not even cam degreeing!

Out of curiousity, have you or any of the other Class 2 12R been running the BEAR short stacks over there in the UK?

Yeah its the TTS kit, I have been in to their unit a few times, talking to the guy with the 520bhp Supercharged / NOS all black Busa...y`know the one ?
They do kits for Kwaks if your in need of Busa beating speed.

I`m only having the 230 rwbhp bike, coz I want to use it on the road.
Plenty of bling, more a show bike than a sprint bike. Might do some RWYB.
...take it as it comes.  It will be bling

Too fecking old now FK.... £12,000 of titanium in me, plus knackered pelvis and spine, means I`m just posing.

A lot of Busa guys are great riders and even greater friends....they are usually the ones with the FAST Busa's.....

It's just a shame that they are severly outnumbered by the asshole Busa owners...ya know...they are usually the ones with the SLOW Busa's...hence, easily disposed of by a quick race.....yet rarely agree to backing up their talk.

I've got NO beef with Hayabusa's or their owners, my beef is with the ones with mouths that write checks that their bike can't cash. Again, it's a shame that those assholes greatly outnumber the cool dudes on busas.

I can just tell that FK knows more about what I'm saying than ANYONE!

It's hard riding the black sheep of the sportbike world....always underrated, overlooked, and unrecognized.... although it's annoying having to defend and prove the worth and ability of the ZX12R, it makes for the PERFECT sleeper. Hell, most people confuse it for a late model ZX-9R if you take off the decals! =)

p.s. this civility towards a Busa owner is making me dizzy and a bit nauseus. So up ye busa filth! :finger:
