I screwed up and ordered the wrong undertail but after talking with Jay he fixed everything without question. Wrong order was cancelled, the charge to my credit card was cancelled, and he got me MH's undertail ordered. Got my undertail a few days ago- thanks for the great customer service Jay, and thanks to MH for making a great undertail.
