Here is the 2nd installment of a four color step process:
Next the Pearl White

Here it is with some of the Red exposed...
My painter got ahead of himself, now I have to retape it for the next color and later, shadowing.

Next will be the Blue... Imagine that; Red, White & Blue.

Lowering Link upgrade
Note the old, not very straight, :?  I would recommend to anyone using the 3-hole links to lay a straight edge against them, mine sure weren't.

The Old - BDE (Not Junk)

The New - Spencer Cycle, Thanks Doug

Doug's will permit your bike to go lower too.

Be sure to post some pics when you get it all assembled.

I should have the Dark Blue back tomorrow.  Having to wait 10 days after dropping it off to be squirted is killing me.  :?

Now I can get busy making this thing roll again... :D

Cory,
The Blue was shot today and I will post pics of the Upper tomorrow when I pick it up.  It came out very nice.

Stay tuned...

Here is the 3rd installment of my four color step process:
Dark Blue

And so you can get an idea of where I'm going with all of this, some of the red has been exposed to check how it matches the wheels.  Not  bad for guessing. :D

One more color (Lighter Blue) of Tribal Graphics on the Upper, Tank and Hump.  And then shadowing and outlining to finally... Clearing.  Can't wait!  :D

Thanks 3B :D
Here is a small taste of the 4th Color - Tribal Blue Flames.  Sorry the pic is only of them sanded.

I will be concluding the rest of the painting myself at home; shadows, pinstriping, maybe outlining the flames (I found my airbrush, which I have never used  ).
Then back for final clear coating! :D

My Link Pro arrived - Now I can finish up the ass-end.

My EBC Rotors will be here soon (they sent the wrong ones), coming out of England... and then the Front end will be completed too. :D

which EBC's did you go with? My Contour floaters showed up yesterday. The solid is big, thick and heavy. kinda like the owner.

The Pro-Lites in Blue with Red Buttons, I wanted the Turbos, but they were discontinued. :?
They had sent me Gold ones...

We were told by a distributor that the Pro Lites were not available in the states any longer. :x  I think they had an issue with the turbos. the contours are nice. light fronts, heavy rear. having mine pseudo-bling-a-fied today.

Soooo, here is the 1st shot of clear... and yes, he forgot the tail.  I'll pick that up in a couple hours.

And yes, my brake rotors arrived today too. :D

Enjoy a small taste of my Airbrushing and Pinstriping.
