I had a Yosh RS-3 full race exhaust on my 01 and while the performance was ok, it sounded too 'whiney' for my taste.  I chose the full BDE system for my 04 because I think it makes better power and the tech support is WAY better.

I love my HMF dual hi-mounts, a little difficult to install, make sure you get extra heat shield for the fairing under the pipes

Can you send me a picture?  The HMF site sucks and has a really small and blurry picture.  Where did you get the heat sheilds, did they come as an option with the pipes?

This is a month old topic but what the hey . I was surprised to see that an Arata made like 179hp on a stock bike with the small airbox mod if memory serves correct . Happy dyno , I don't know . That pipe looks good too .

I went with the aluminum Yosh RS3 race core . I've seen them make good power + I was not going for some type of HP record and the price is right  on Ebay .

Dude, you guys all suck because no one has pictures.  The only pictures I have gotten are of a really bad angle of one guy's exhaust on his bike and another with GWB taking it up the butt.

PICTURES PLEASE, PICTURES PLEASE, PICTURES PLEASE!

The websites for the manufacturers just show the pipe not mounted on a bike.

THANK YOU!!!

Someone finally listened to me.  The pipes look sweet.  What did you use for rear turn signals and a fender eliminator kit?  Did you need to use any heat sheild on the plastics to keep it from melting?  Did you do the install yourself and if so, how difficult was it?

Top gun undertail by extreme graphics.
Got a little carried away with heat shielding, the inside of my plastics are covered with it.   Yes, get extra heat shielding.
Install myself, just be sure to align everything before bolting up. Make sure clearences are good between pipes, swingarm, plastics.

8) i had a 99 busa w/ ti-force pipe and it sounded real good. had a nice deep growl compared to some of these bumble-bee sounding pipes. another plus was it only weighed i think 4lbs because it is 100% titanium. :joker:

no doubt that suzuki and yoshimura go hand in hand...always have and always will.
but you would notice a difference from a mere "slip-on" compared to full exhaust's tone....especially away from that whiney little yamaha..  lol

A truely hot looking pipe is the Blue Flame Colored Titanium:

They come as just cans or full systems.

There probably isn't a "best" pipe out there it comes down to how much you want to spend, looks, quality for $ spent etc.

here's what we have to offer from Tsukigi and is the spec 1;
dyno

on bike
2005 1000SS record 157.82 1/4 mile mph
2005 1000SS record 126.23 1/8 mile mph

2003 AMA/Prostar 600SS Champion
