well i dont have a airshifter bur i did invest in the usb2 commander.will these 2 work together, also are you using the 2 step?.any problem?.
and does anyone know where i can buy some wheelie bar for my gixxer.i like to know what ets i can make with it.
i went dragracing and my et was 11.3 at 144 mph,how retarded is that.my turbo gixxer puts out 225hp and 116lbs of torque.so i defenetly need more practice but i like to see what it does with wheelie bar.

it might not necessarily be the rider. i have seen/smoked many high hp bikes because lack of "the whole package". i.e. special clutch/shifter, extended swing arm ect. ect.

i guess my 60ft was in the low 2.10.  i was launching around 7000 rpm and babying the throttle.so i think iam going to buy the 2 step rev and try to launch it at lower(6000rpm)or so with boost.i think is worth the money.

you won't need to launch it that high with the two-step because the two-step will allow the turbo to build boost at the line...you'd probaly  kill yourself if you launched at 7000 on the two-step...lol.
previously owned a 01 blk/gry Busa little of this little of that...oh yeah and a ghetto turbo 320horse/200ft.lb. 8.92@169
Bikeless....for now.

Not runing yet.
Velocity stage 2.  Hopefully my built motor should be shipped to me next week then I will install turbo and built motor.  Wheels are supposed to be here next week. Then all the other stuff.  Billit pan, high volume pump gear, high pressure billit oil valve, aquamist 2d, nlr 2 step with inition kill, nlr ams 1000, penske rear shock, etc, etc.

sorry for all the question.i am aiming at about 310hp.i have the stage 1 velocity kit and they say that it cant be done.i say bull shit.in a month or so iam going to start buying some goodies like a lock up from MR total kaos.

well I will have to see. I am shooting for over 350hp.  I will probably start out at around 275 or so and see what I can get to stick at the track and turn it up from their.
Ported, polish, valve job, 750 valve springs, yosh stage 1 cams, manual cam chain tensioner, JE turbo pistons, falicon rods, R&D cut transmision, billit shift shafts, billit clutch basket, 2 stage lock up, high volume pump gear, high pressure billit oil pressure valve, koenig billit pan.
velocity stage 2 with tial blow off valve, tial external wastegate, and dual dumps.
I need to get water injection, nlr 2 step/kill, nlr ams 1000, penske rear shock custom valved.
I just got my PVM Y5's back from getting chromed.  Throwing the wheels on with my new wave rotors soon.
I am shooting for eights at 170mph.  I will just have to see what happens.  Elevation here is 2800 feet.  I also plan on making one trip to woodburn this year wich is at or below sealevel to see what I run.
I just need alot of seat time and get everything set up right.

It would be sweet to have a busa engine in a 1000.  A built busa motor can take alot more power then a built 1000 motor.
The turbo looks good.  I don't know anything about sizing turbos though. It looks to be a pretty big turbo.   Maybee to big.  I was going to make my own turbo kit and use the gt28rs.

i really dont think the gt28rs is any better than what you have unless your going to run more boost.on that web site the have the compressor map of the gt28rs and the gt28r.if iam right the airflow on both turbos are pretty much the same, but over 18 psi is where the gt28rs shines.the gt2540rs spools up much faster and with a much more airflow..but again the problem with that turbo is the compressor size.its a t70 compressor housing.
last month i was talking to tkmotorsports where i dynoed my bike and they where saying that the busa short block weights as much as a gsxr1000s long block.so iam still deciding which way to go.

I was going to use the gt28rs when I was going to build my own turbo kit.
I bought a used velocity stage 2.
I believe the stage one velocity uses a gt28 and the stage 2 uses a gt25.

stage one uses garrett t28.
2 years a go i was doing some wheelie and i layed it down, miner scratches.i took the turbo out and sent it to turbo engineering corp.and the said that there is nothing wrong with the turbo, and then he mentioned that the turbine wheel was "10 degrees cliped".
one thing i dont understand is t28 flows more air than gt25,why not use gt25 on stage one and t28 on stage 2.anyways let me know how your engine comes a long.
post some dyno graphs.
