FYI.....I don't have the bulbs that came with the UFO.....I've got a ClearAlternatives LED board fitted in there that can be seen in the pictures.

bdorf94,

How hard was it to fit he Clear Alternatives Board in the UFO Tail?  I do not really care for the LEDs that come with the UFO, looks like they are not the bright or visible.  But I do like the look of the UFO lenses.

It wasn't too difficult.  Just had to cut some of the fiberglass on the inside to the size of the LED board and mounted it up in there.  It's really bright and looks good with the lenses.  I'm pretty pleased with it so far.

Actually I fabbed a heat shield into the subframe that did the job, trunk heat was not an issue. The only issue I had was some paint burning from the exhaust flow so I extended the tips 1/4" further out. Yes it was a one off. I would have loved to run a turbo through that system but it wasn't in the cards for the turbo build. :tu:
