Exhaust Questions
« on: May 17, 2005, 01:41:06 PM »
I figured this should go under F.A.Q.

I am having a heck of a time determining what full system to get.  I use the bike around town with a trip to the track every now and then.  With that being said, I have narrowed it down to the Ti Force Sumo, HMF Big Bird, and the Muzzy.

My question is, has anyone used the Ti Force or the HMF Big Bird?  If so, are they worth the expense for a bike that doesn't go to the track much?

If reviews are what your looking for, try the search...just type in "HMF" or "Ti-force". You'll get 10000's of reviews....likes and dislikes. :D

Muzzy is the best bang for the buck. It provides exceptional HP and great sound. If you want to get more HP and a better all around pipe, one that supports different applications go with a Brock pipe...Gen 3 or the 1 i've learn to love is the Mega Phone but you will pay at least 400 bucks more than the Muzzy.. experienced them both and loved them

I bought and installed the HMF Big Bird this last summer ('09). I can't tell you how much of a massive difference the system has over OEM. Completely night and day. Much much quicker on the throttle, the bike shed a massive amount of weight going to a 4-2-1 system (omitting the second can) and the decibels are off the charts! In a nutshell, if you like it deep and loud, crisp and responsive, with a sweet amount of power gain and weight reduction, roll with the Big Bird. Well worth the money!!   :thumb:
