Stock will get you upper 170 or maybe low 180. May want to try a 41 tooth on back. Hard to say, hope to see you there. :D  :D  :D

Sorry, If you were lighter I would have said stock or 39 tooth for rear. I am right there with you though 250-260lb no gear.

I have a green thing (ZX-12) if ya see me drop by and say hi, or when we are waiting in line I am sure we will have plenty of time to chat.

I think my brother might have a new 41 and 39 tooth.
If your interested let me know and I will talk to him
to see exactly what he has and what he wants for them.
Both those sizes should work with your stock length chain,
if your around the center of swing arm axle union. :D

If you just go one day you will probably get 8-10 runs on Sat. and
8-12 on Sun. If you plan on changing a sprocket, better do it during
lunch or Sat evening, Sun morning. :D

Still really new to working on bikes (zero exp) - So -- at first will just have to run what I have -- guess I will have start learning how to do this stuff so I can do mods without depending on my local shop..

That will be just fine, it is a lot of fun. Hope you get 24 runs in. :)  :D  :D

It does seem to get a little addictive.

The people at the mile are real nice, the course is as smooth as glass,
and very wide.

Check out TexasMile.com and shoot them a e-mail letting them know you are interested and ask any questions you may have. They usually get back to you pretty quick.
