Ghetto Bike?

Thinking about getting a 03 with Ghetto Kit installed. Never had a turbo before and not sure what to expect. Is this something that will need attention all the time, are they reliable for street use, and do I need to be a mechanic. Pprobably dumb questions, but I need to know what to expect and also how smooth does t he boost come on? Thanks

well the bike has inches in it already so I'm not to worried about it coming up. I just want to know what to expect. I have heard good things about the kit and the install was professional done from what the seller states. Thanks
