gsxr 1000 fender on a busa?

Ive seen some post on hear about converting a 1000 front fender to fit a busa, How much of a pain in the ass is this, Anybody have any pictures, Im thinking of doing this because I dont like how far the busa fender hangs over the front tire..

Again guys any info will be appreciated..

This may help. I just went with an aftermarket smaller fender and it bolts right up.
