JC - sorry to hear about this. Just curious... any kids involved in this? I almost went through a similar situation. Devoted all my time and energy to a business that I was very passionate about and was ignoring my family commitments. Luckily I realized this before it went to far. I no longer do the same kind of business and value my family time alot more. I can understand why you wanna close the shop even though it's a loss to many others.

Good luck and try and settle fast before the attorneys take all the money.
