335 hp 219ft lbs dry spray @ 8000-ish rpm
« on: August 10, 2005, 12:10:04 AM »
heres some preliminary testing of big dry kit
2 stages
s2000 injectors but otherwise stock 2002 fuel system and ecu (pc3r)
c -16 fuel

ignition going away somewhere near 8000 rpm
verify it by looking at the MPH on the nos pulls
should be 170mph or so since they were done in 5th or 6th (cant remember we were having alot of trouble keeping the tire hooked up)
havent been back to see if short gapping the plugs will keep it lit till redline

look at air/fuel on NOS pulls...pulse width (power commander values) was NOT maxxed.... at least 350-375 is in there if i can keep it lit
didnt even start to burn a plug or dark spot the porcelain

on the engine alone (1397 low compression dished WISECO's w/only 2 oem intakes and good head, carillos of course)

awesome numbers.  Are you bringing it to Indy?  I'll have the "Tiger" there for the chaos class.

You may have to pull more timing out mine did the same thing. I t wouldn't pull till the redline. Made great power just wouldn't pull clean to the red. We pulled out like 8.5 degrees and it straightened right out. It didn't make quite that much but was going fat at about 9000. There is plenty of room to bump up the pills. What size jets did you use??
