i am installing my nitrous on my 00 busa,i cut the yellow/green wire at the starter solenoid and ran them to the toggle switch,grounded one wire of the nos solenoid then ran the other wire to the toggle switch,according to schnitz you are supposed to cut the yellow/green wire coming out of the computer and run them also to the toggle switch.when i do this my tach goes to zero when i flip the switch for it to activate the nitrous.i had a 99 and never installed it that way,i never cut that wire to the computer,when i tried to hook it up my old way when i spray it it falls flat on it's face,like you cut the power off,let off the button and it picks back up.took the lid off and it is shooting a good spray of nitrous out i have the filter cut out also.i can spray it while it is idlong and it revs up some like it's working but if i ride it and get on the throttle and spray it it will almost throw you off the bike.any help appreciated.
