I want to get my suspension adjusted. I was wondering if the side stand would hold the weight of the bike at 10 second interevals a few times?

Before I got my stands I would put an 8mm screw in the spool hole in the swing arm and wedge a 14" 1X2 or 2X4 under it to take the wheel off or to lube the chain. You can prop it under the axle nut to just lube the chain.

Wow.
So we could be spinning our bikes (in it's own length) on the side stand- like the six-hunnert dudes? Cool!
