Dryshot #28 jet....What hp?

Just wondering what a #28 hp numbers are?  Looking for about 25hp.

Anyone have any ideas?

I installed a dry kit on a stock Busa and it went from 152 hp stock to 177 hp with the #28 jet. Went to a #44 jet and it made 209hp.
