That would make it quickest, not fastest.

And it's not street legal, and has to run on race fuel.

dude you got it all wrong .

it isnt the fastest . "fastest" would refer to top speed

they said it is the best quarter mile time on a production motorcycle

2 completely different things

besides ,who cares that a purpose built bike with a wheeli bar is better in the 1/4 , it is 30 grand and NOT EVEN STREET LEGAL

Have them talk to Super Streetbike magazine. LAtest issue has them taking a Stock busa from the crate (yes they actually had the bike in crate at the dragstrip) and after piping, tuning, and lowering with alot of drag runs they got the bike into the high 8's. Called the article peice "from the Crate into the 8's". The V-rod isn't gonna destroy nothing but the ego's of it's owners when crunch time comes.  :lol2:

Thank you harley davidson for giving us more idiots to make fun of on the road.  :D

BIRDOPREY, the 'Razor' was a ready to go, purpose built dragbike. It had a carb'd zx-11 engine, in I believe a Trac Dynamics cromoly drag chassis, bars, slick, shifter, electonics, 1-pc. body, etc. I think Trac and maybe Muzzy sold them? Neat bike, good idea, not sure how popular they were?

They wanted the world's quickest production bike, and they built it.

Quickest but not fastest. said its to dethrone the Busa as the quickest bike? Busa is the Fastest. Some argue litre bikes are quicker than the Busa, but not faster. Marketing ploy tactic used many times. But sure I will give HD props for having the quickest stock moto ON THE DRAG STRIP. not street legal :-D

Already had one of the Harley guys at work brag about this bike beating a Busa in the 1/4. I informed him that it is a track bike, and not street legal. Another Harley rider at work who owns a V-Rod swears that he has been 195mph on his stock bike.

 :lmao: :lmao: :lol2:               20 K +  V-ROD......  MSRP Busa 10.5 K   :stupid:

VRod destroyer has a MSRP of like 35K

with that kind of cash you could easy build a 8.70 busa, something like MHs purple and black bike. and follow the Vrod guys to the track to beat them up. Then hop on and ride it home :lmao: :lmao:
