What is the tallest windshield for the Hayabusa?
« on: October 16, 2005, 08:41:56 AM »
I want to replace the stock windshield with something that really works in reducing
the wind blast on the chest and helmet.  :D

Many seem to like the ZG Double-Bubble. I want something better.
Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks...

My speedtech V-Flow is pretty tall. I am 6'1 and can get down in the screen.

on the bike....PUIG ST compared to a ZG DB.

difference between PUIG and ZG quality...
PUIG is the thicker one...

Took off my ZG touring. The air off the shield hit right around bottom of helmet on me. The DB doesn't give as high coverage, but doesn't is better cause it hits lower than my neck. A lot less bufffeting.

Damn.  I was looking at the ZG and thinking maybe it would send it over my head. But you are saying it hits you right under your chin.  Bummer.
The mystical trend of our time, which shows itself particularly in the rampant growth of the so-called Theosophy and Spiritualism, is for me no more than a symptom of weakness and confusion.

Zero Gravity Double Bubble

I actually took that off, and bought a Zero Gravity SR model.  Just looks better.  Cleaner photographs. Just have to tuck in a bit more.

If you have stock, you can also add Laminar Lip too.  Not my style, but it might work for you.  Sport Touring Screen from ZG is pretty tall, but just doesn't look right imo.
