05 1000 wheels on a busa ???

any body put 05 1000 wheels on a busa what is involved and how much lighter are they

Yeah, what he said. This question has been asked before, and it was said that they are not strong enough. :roll: I doubt this is so. Give them a try, and be the first. The front wheel will need a different size spacer to fit. The previous 1000 wheels needed the front spacer modded to work. Someone should offer spacers to fit as they would be easy for a machinist to make. I am seriously considering giving them a try myself. '05 wheels with polished lip would be the ticket! :smokin:

i have a set out being chromed was thinking about making them fit my busa instead of selling

i have the spacers in for the earlier model gaxr wheels on the front 01-04 $30 tyd.....anthony
