« on: December 12, 2005, 08:00:41 PM »
Ok guys. I am new to the busa but im not dumb the bike is strong.I like taking a bike and making it faster than ur average one. I have a 02 busa that has short stacks, airbox mod, ram air adapters, sidewinder pipe,12 inch extention, air shifter with onboard compressor, pc usb  and was dynoed by cooper performance at 181.2 rwhp. Gearing is 16 43. I want more. Can u tell me what i can do or is it time to go in the motor. If so what do u recommend the best for the buck. And i also have pics if someone can post. Thanks

Carpenter quoted me 4k. that includes thier race head, pistons everything. They said I could ship my engine to them they would tear down and rebuilt to 1397 and ship back. Of course I would have to pay shipping. If you live close to them they will do 4k drive in drive out. Still weighing options between A turbo or 1397 or both :D

I can do all the work myself except for the head work. Who is the best at porting heads on a busa that can get me the most power? By the way nice bike busa4show.
