Storing the bike

I plan on puttin my busa up for the year tonight. Anything in particular I should do to the bike when I put it up?

How is ti being stored, temp, cave, shed, garage?
If you're not living close to the edge, you're taking up too much space.

Cave...No just kidding, it's being stored in a basement. I put it up on stands and took the battery out. I also put a cover over it. Anything else I need to do?

sorry, "i'm storing it for a few months." I forgot to mention I did put fuel stabilizer in it but I didn't change the oil so I guess I need to do that.
