Best motor mod
« on: December 16, 2005, 08:54:54 PM »
What is the best and most powerfull motor mod for the buck. Not nitrous or turbo. I dynoed 181 rwhp with no motor mods but want more. Should I go with the intake cam on the exhaust side or go with a complete different set of cams. If so what cams should I use?

if he made 180 hp stock no motor mods (that means the fairings have never been taken off the bike)I wanna see that dyno sheet. Please post that dyno sheet and your list of non motor mods....

I see a motor mod he did in the avitar, you have to take the exhaust off the motor to get a sidewinder on don't you ,he must use NC Crack Fuel  in his tank.....

Ok I could not get it to scan good but here it is. What I mean by no motor mods is that I havent changed anything in the motor other than clutches.

I also have short stack on the throttle body, airbox mod and pair valve blockoff plates. The guy that dynoed it at Cooper said he could do some head work and the exhaust cam change and get 220

no way in hell

mine made 174 with a full pipe,pc3custom map,filter and intake cams.no way a stock busa will hit 180hp.however a 12r will.
go dyno it on a dynojet and see what happens.dynos are different.no offense, man.but 220? :hellno:

his busa will prolly make 165 on dynojet.gonna be emarassing.

it was funny when i dynoed 160bonestock wich is pretty strong for a busa.there was that honda cbr 900 fag who told me:hey i tought busas were stronger then that.i told him that i was all happy with 160.and asked him what hes expecting out of his dumb cbr.he explained me as following:the 900cbr makes 145hp stock.but he gutted the can  made some home made airfiltershit
and played with the carb settings.he told me hes expecting 160with those mods.and therefore his bike should be faster cuz its lighter :roll:he was so clueless he tought a busa has like 160hp at the crank.

HE DYNOED AWHOOPING 110RWHP :lmao:

went the shit out of there witou saying a word.i bet he still thinks theres something wrong with the dyno.what an utter ricerhead-faggot :duh:

that longass swingarm and 18ohp should be enough to go 5.99 with a hella rider.

you should trap like 150 in the quater.

you ran a 6.0 with a zx9.so you know thats a bit a stupid question.depends on gearing, rider and other things.
but if youve ran a stock motored 9r to 6.0 then you should hit 5.99 on the busa

The definition of a stock motor = untouched, no bolt-ons, stock exhaust, no pcIII, Stock motor = NOTHING done to it! Why is that so hard for people to understand??? I just love the way people think. :bigfu:
Now....is it a stock motor or what?

Use small words when talking "smack" to me ...you'll be eating them later!

Stock motor means exactly that STOCK MOTOR. My busa is not stock it has some bolt-ons, it has been touched. The inside of the engine is STOCK.It has not been touched. But is does have a pipe, pc, short stacks so I guess in ur eyes it may even be a pro mod.
