Hi ! I have the same model Busa as yours. From the pics, I realised you actually hooked the lower bagster tank bra holding onto the main frame. You can do it on the tank instead and that make it a lot easiler when you want to filp up your tank.  :D

Hello NormalAspirated!
If you watch closely @ pic 1, 4 and # 6 I actually hooked the bagster on the tank. The main strap in front I hooked on the frame nevertheless.
Thanks anyway, any pics of yours?

Beauty!!  I too came from a Buell (XB9SX) to a Busa recently.  I wanted something for longer trips and have been exploring my luggage options.  The Cycle World article from a few months ago (Speed Wagons) had a picture of a Busa with Joe Rocket Velocity luggage.  I thought it looked pretty slick.  What type of tank bag/bra is that on your bike?  Is that a Givi top case on the back?  Also, did you fit a ZG touring windscreen on it or is it something different....how is the wind protection?  Sorry for all the questions, but I will be setting my new Busa up for sport touring and am looking for ideas.  Thanks.

Actually, I bought my busa for the same reason as you.
*The tank bagster I us you can find here http://www.bagster.com/en/
*The topbox is from Givis new serie and the model is V46
*The windscreen is a Zero Gravity Double Bubble light smoke, both me and my girlfriend think itīs very protecting compered to stock.
Hereīs a pic of us

Good luck with the bike and the selection of accessories, post pics later on!

Is it pretty easy to get on the stand?

I baught the centerstand at the lokal Suzuki dealer, It weighs approxently a kilo or two. That I realy recommend, itīs much easier when you change tire and lubricate the chain.
Itīs not as easy as my fathers Kawasaki to pull up but no problem, just step on it and pull...

Looks good. I always liked the solid black myself. Hell I just like the solid color schemes on the busa other than blue/black. You should get the Corbin Beetle bags for it and you would have more storage than you know what to do with. Did you put risers on or do you ride with the stock bar height?

Hello!
Regarding the bar height I ride it stock, fits me perfect. Iīm not that tall, only 1,78m.
Corbin Beetle bags... never heard of it, maybe seen them...
Any pics you can post?!
Thanks/ Daniel.

That's a sharp looking bike and normally I HATE top boxes without panniers to balance the look of the machine.

I have the centrestand as well and think it's the cat's ass.

Here is a pic of the hard bags. I think they look better in black. Someone on the board has pictures posted of his black Busa with the bags on.

Here is the link for them. http://corbin.com/suzuki/gsxr1300bags.shtml
