Yoshimura "Bling' exhaust
« on: February 27, 2006, 03:54:19 AM »
I was planning to put a couple of RS3's on my '06 but I saw Yoshi's new "Bling" full system for about $200.00 more...and it's supposed to be specifically for the Hayabusa. I realize I'd have to rechip/power commander with a full system, but does anybody know about this new system other than the name for it is stupid.
Also... I heard that the stock exhaust supports the subframe. Can changing the exhaust and throwing a passenger on back tweak the subframe?
It's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye!

I was unaware of Yosh's new exhuast....as to the subframe...earlier models had light weight aluminum subframes. There was an "instance" where it gave out, so suzuki switched to a rather heavy duty (and weight) steel unit. You would be fine....I dont have an exhaust at all and I carry passengers...

That's good news about the subframe. I think my wife would be pissed if I dumped her in a curve on the Columbia River Gorge. :D
