The 1000's are very, very fast, but get used to changing the clutches a lot. Stay with the stock clutches, don't go aftermarket. -1 front, +3 in the rear start with that, although i know of some guys that are 1-/+5.
After 2 or 3 runs, pop off your oil cap to let it cool down quicker. I can't really say what to expect of you and the bike, cause i know 3 people with 1000's that were ok to begin with and are now way faster with practice.
Got one friend with your same mods (on an 04), but with and intake cam mod (so it's close to the 05's power) and he's doing 6.30's at 118 with just a low 1.6 60 foot. Also, that is in SoCal so drop 2-3 tenths if you're on the east coast.
