It runs on the stock ecu while not in boost. The Microtech has it's own map sensor and adds fuel when it sees boost

Thats good to know. I was told by a tuner that I would have to buy 2 power commanders and have two separate maps. What you say makes since though.

I have a AMS-1000. I wanted the bike mapped up to 25lbs on c-16 and be able to turn it down to 6lbs on pump gas. Is that possible.

Tune the map for both fuels, at the psi's you want to run them.
