How to install gauge face plates in a busaZ?

I bought a set face plates for my instrument gauges but can't figureout how to remove needle arms.

I just replaced mine, I just used a flathead screwdriver and gently worked them up. Remember where they line up and place them back in same position. not that hard but must be gentle.

i use a fork but i will let someone else explain the two spoons...good knowledge to have

just did mine, used two spoons on each side of the needle and worked it up and out.
