adjustable rear set
« on: April 21, 2006, 09:39:50 PM »
Are they worth the $$$?
Need some input people. I'm six one. Is a set going to help me or should I go for the Buell fix? I do like the bling of the rear set but with gas off the chain, function more than fashion. Thx in advance for your opinions

The Vortex are the most adjustable $ for $!

The PRO's is that you can do what you want...  :D

The CON's is IF you go all the way down and back... your kick stand will interfere with your shifter.   :x
Now you will have to adjust your kick stand to be lower (Which will cause it to drag when leaned over)...

Soooo, You decide what is BEST for you...  Buell Pegs or Adjustable Pegs....
BTW - I have set of Vortex 4-Sale...

1999: RCC 'Custom' Stage II Intercooled Turbo System, AMS1000, GSXR Front End & Wheels, Trac Swingarm, Elka Shock, Cut Tank, & a lot of Carbon...
