msd window switch's
« on: May 26, 2006, 06:26:20 AM »
reading on the msd window switch as a safe guard from the rev limiter.the offer 3 switches on their site that seem as they would be good candidates for the nitrous applications. the #'s are 8969 which seems good but a little large in size, the 8950 which only has 1 direction of on or off, and the 8956 which is a smaller version of the 8969, probably a little cheaper but uses pills instead of push buttons.
anyboby use any of these? i'm kind of partial to the 8956 for the size. comments on the windows welcome.

gonzo,

Currently using the Digital Window switch(#8969) and works perfectly.
Very easy to hook-up and being adjustable ,you dont have to spend $ or wait, for ordered pills.
Its about the size of a PC unit and you should'nt have a problem stowing it..........
especially on a busa.
Ordered mine from JEGS ........  paid $89.....very cheap and got it in 2 days.

Got help from "bbqb4racin" on install and there are a few posts on this subject,
to help if needed.

Rick
