Yana Shiki Cans
« on: July 03, 2006, 04:55:57 PM »
I seen a set of Yana shiki bolt ons on Ebay.  Has anybody been around these pipes at all?  They are cheap and I am just out for the sound. I don't need any performance.  Anyway I have read that they are a cheaper Yoshi with more sound.  Any help would be appreciated.

I had never heard of them either but they do look good to me.  Mine is an 06 Marron and Black and the can is black with a reb label.  They look alright but I have been able to find very little on the net other than what I put into the first statement.  One guy was claiming 11 horse and 8 torque I think by putting on the full system but I was just looking at the bolt ons.

they have been making a bunch of knock off bits for the gsxr/busa line for a year or two now. triple clamp tops, mirror plates etc...
they are cheap and probably functional.
but again, they are cheap for a reason.

The way i looked at it is this though.  I really don't have the money right now for a 4 to 1 and PC.  I like the twin pipe look and slip or bolt ons are nothing but cosmetic and sound anyway so would it really matter if they are cheaper made if you can snatch a couple for $250.00?

I am a member on there too.  I may ask some info on them there and may see about getting a set.
