HMF highmount question??
« on: July 31, 2006, 09:56:07 PM »
I have the dual highmount system on my bike, I love the sound and performance of the pipes, I am just not sure I dig the look of the high mount? Can I just change the mids to get it back to where the stockers were? If so does anyone have a set of mids they want to part with? Thanks...
If I rode her as hard as I rode my bike, her Dad would kill me...

An exhaust shop can help you do that, but you'd be spending money on something totally useless. You should either put back on the original system, or, realize that you had a brain fart and that the HMF looks, sounds, and performs badass, thus keeping the HMF would be the best solution.

Question, doesn't HMF make high mount slip-ons which look just like the full system for a chaeper price?

Uuhhh...not that I know of. I've never known them to make slip-on's. Just full pipes, dual high/low & a single side. Either Aluminum or Carbon cans.
